Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ColiBrio Retreat Centre ("we," "our," "us") and guests ("you," "your"). By making a booking, you agree to abide by these terms.

    1. Booking & Payment
  • Full payment must be made upon booking.
  • Payments are accepted via credit & debit card.
  • Failure of payment will result in the cancellation of your booking.
    2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
    3. Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
    4. House Rules & Code of Conduct
  • Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
  • Guest pets are not allowed.
  • Alcohol may be consumed on site in a conscientious manner.
  • Respectful behavior towards staff, guests, and the local community is required at all times.
    5. Liability & Waiver
  • Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
  • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
  • Terms and conditions of the liability waiver apply.
    6. Wellness & Retreat Activities
  • Participation in wellness sessions, workshops, or other activities is voluntary.
  • We do not provide medical or psychological advice or services.
  • Guests with medical conditions should consult a healthcare provider before participating.

7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to natural disasters, political events, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

8. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Guatemala.
